Add my listing to your wishlist by clicking the ❤️ in the upper-right corner. 👉Main Level: Enter into the bright kitchen and dining area, fully stocked for home cooking. A full bathroom with stand-up shower and a washer/dryer are conveniently located here. Step down into the stylish living room, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows with ocean views. Sliding glass doors open onto a large shared deck with direct beach access—just seven steps away. 👉Second Level: Take the spiral staircase up to a spacious bedroom with two queen beds, a dedicated workspace/office area, and a full bath with soaking tub and vanity. The open layout (no bedroom doors) allows natural light to flow throughout the space, creating an airy, inviting atmosphere. 👉Third Level: Continue up to the fun loft space with two twin XL beds and unique porthole windows that make you feel like you’re aboard a ship—always a favorite with kids and adults alike. 🔔Please Note: Pet Policy: Pet fee is $200 for the first dog, $100 for the second dog (max 2). Additional fee for second dog collected after booking. Two dogs 50 pounds or less are allowed and must be house broken. Pets messes/stains, excessive damage, or pet shedding on linens will result in an extra cleaning fee. For the safety of all guests, please keep your dog on a leash on the deck. Dogs are permitted on the beach as long as they are leashed, per county ordinance.

Most guests choose to explore by car, as A1A is the main coastal road connecting you to everything St. Augustine has to offer. Parking is easy—you’ll have designated parking right at the townhouse, and the area’s light traffic makes driving a breeze. Within 5–10 minutes, you can reach local seafood restaurants, beach bars, bait shops, and the Fort Matanzas National Monument. A 20–25 minute drive brings you to historic downtown St. Augustine, the Lighthouse, the Alligator Farm, and the area’s best shopping and dining. If you enjoy walking or biking, the area is scenic and safe, with quiet residential roads and beautiful ocean views. Many guests also enjoy beach walks directly from the townhouse, especially during low tide when the shoreline widens dramatically. Ride-share services (Uber/Lyft) are available, though arrival times can be slower in this quieter, more remote part of the island—so having a car is recommended. Whether you’re exploring the Old City, grabbing dinner, or heading to the beach just steps from your door, getting around here is simple, beautiful, and convenient.
